Our Expert Team

Daniel Meyer

I am the IT Deployment Manager who oversees, trains and assists our installers as well as our tech support for our direct merchants and resellers. I Install point of sale systems as well as stand-alone payment terminals. I also help with design and testing of our virtual terminal. I am proud to support our agents, Re-Sellers and merchants with any technical issues and assist in the design and layout of Point of Sales systems in new restaurants. I enjoy video games swimming and spending time with my wife and 1 year old daughter!

Tiffany Fish

I am COO for SoftTouch POS & Payments but never have been one for titles. I like to wear many hats and have the “Get it done, but get it done accurately“, attitude while working. I have been with SoftTouch since September of 2020 but have worked with our CEO and in the processing industry since 2009! When I am not working or hanging out at home watching all my favorite shows, I love to travel and enjoy what the world has to offer with my husband, and spend quality time with those closest to me.

Evan Fytros

Hi- I’m the lucky guy that gets to work with the best team I know of! It is my passion to add value to each client or partner we work with, emphasizing our technologies and services that we create, and our people that make it happen! In my spare time I try to work on my golf and hoop game, travel (outside of work), not take myself too seriously, and always make it a point to have a laugh with my family and friends.

Brandon Solomon

I am a Deployment/Support Tech for SoftTouch POS. I have been with SoftTouch since June 2020, and I’ve worked with computers since 2012. I spend my free time boxing, gaming, and traveling with family and friends.

Amy Lynch

Relationship Manager, I work alongside the executive team, internal/external sales teams, merchants, and the deployment team in many ways. I have an upbeat attitude and enjoy helping others. I have one those great customer service voices, you know, “the one that almost sounds fake”, but mine is sincere. I have been with SoftTouch since January of 2021. When I am not working, I like to enjoy nature, spend time with my family & friends, watch football and hockey and be a crazy cheer mom!

Marc Pellus

I am the Director of Programming & Development. I have been with SoftTouch since 2002 and strive on making SoftTouch the best product it can be. On my free time I enjoy spending time with our family and as a hockey family I also love to play hockey with my friends and kids. We also like camping as well during long weekends to spend more time outdoors.

Igor Byczkowski

I joined SoftTouch on April 2019 as the Technical Support Manager. I provide assistance to resellers making sure their systems up and running properly. I really enjoy talking with resellers all over the U.S.A.! I bring over 30 years of knowledge on the Point-of-Sale industry. Off hours are devoted to my family and outside activities.

Nam Nguyen

IT help desk support. After hour support for technology related issues for clients. My hobbies are playing video games and plastic model building.

Gina Lovvorn

They call me a marketing Representative for SoftTouch POS which is a fancy title for: Taking photos, Brand Promotion, Email distribution and basically living on Social Media. I have been with SoftTouch since June of 2019 but have worked in the processing industry with our CEO since 2009! I enjoy learning as much as I can about the evolving industry and apply that knowledge so I can help our amazing team. I choose fitness as a lifestyle, I love to wakesurf, and spend quality time with my family and fur babies.

Lindsey Butts

I am the Channel Manager for SoftTouch POS, having been with the company since December 2017. In my free time, I enjoy Geocaching, board games, and 3D wooden puzzles.

John Dill

National Sales Manager, which is hiring/managing Account Executives all across the country. I have been with SoftTouch since August 2020. Having 7 kids, (haha) my hobbies are spending quality time with my family and attending their sporting events and other activities.
